From Humble Beginnings

Arrosta Coffee Roasting Co. are dedicated to supplying the very best of freshly roasted coffee beans, coffee related products and accessories with a focus on uncompromising flavour, consistent quality and exceptional customer service.

Founded in 2005 by Simon and Kirsty Fowler, Arrosta Coffee Roasting Co has come a long way from its modest beginnings in a small warehouse facility in Palmerston North, New Zealand. When Simon and Kirsty first started out, their passion for bringing quality specialty coffee to the Palmerston North market drove them to quit their day jobs, equip themselves with knowledge, gain valuable industry experience, and invest in traditional roasting equipment to produce a market leading product. This gave them the drive to turn hard work and inspiration into an internationally recognised product.

Arrosta Coffee now serves customers all over New Zealand, Australia and into the United States and are thrilled to be a part of the forever changing, socially aware, yet quirky scene of the global specialty coffee industry.

Arrosta Coffee Roasting Co. roasts specialty coffee, and distributes quality roasted coffee beans, espresso machines, barista equipment, training, service & supplies to wholesale customers and for the domestic market. Proudly NZ owned and operated for more than 11 years from one of the best places in New  Zealand - the mighty Manawatu!

Arrosta Coffee roasts all their coffee in classical roasting equipment with de-stoners to ensure an even and consistent roast. Arrosta Coffee is origin roasted then blended post roast to produce exquisitely balanced and well rounded espresso. This provides the barista a blend of beans that will produce amazing crema and the perfect espresso to be enjoyed by all coffee lovers. 

Arrosta Coffee is committed to the long term sustainability of the coffee industry and therefore is supportive of coffee growers receiving a fair price for their product. Arrosta Fair Trade Organic and Rain Forest Alliance is their commitment to this cause.
